Yes, all our products are guaranteed. The length of the guarantee varies depending on the composition of the product e.g. the rope items in our Fitness and Adventure Trails are guaranteed for 3yrs, while the timber elements are guaranteed for 15yrs against insect infestation and rot.  We can provide full details of all the guarantees on request.

The speed at which we can initiate work depends on the type of product you order. Lead times vary for different items, but generally, we can turn around projects within a range of 1 week to 6 weeks. It’s important to note that school holidays are our busiest periods, and these slots tend to get booked up sooner. If your project requires installation during school holidays, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.

It’s worth mentioning that all our teams are DBS checked, ensuring the safety and security of working in educational environments. Additionally, our teams are capable of working on-site during term time if the school permits. We understand the importance of minimising disruptions to the learning environment, and we work in collaboration with the school to plan and execute installations in a way that is least disruptive to daily activities.

It will depend on the product and the skills of the people who will be doing the installation. You should also consider who will be responsible if something  goes wrong at a later date e.g. the item breaks or someone hurts themselves while playing on it.  Please do call to discuss and we will advise whether we think it’s appropriate depending on the particular product you want to purchase.
